GEANERAL INFORMATION Power
The nominal output of the engine is determined under the following conditions: • rated voltage, shown in plate tolerance ± 5%
• Frequency of supply voltage tolerance ± 1% • ambient temperature - 40 ° C • altitude up to 1000m • mode in S1 continuous EN 60034 -1
In deviation from these conditions limit output of the engine is determined by the formula:
Pd = kt.kh.Pn
Pd - allowable output of the engine kt - correction factor taking into account the influence of the t ° the environment kh - correction factor for the effect of altitude Pn - rated engine power as indicated on the label Weightings are reported in Tables 1 and 2

Torque
Rated torque of the output end of the motor is calculated in dependence Mn = 9,55. Pn [N.m] nN
Mn [Nm] - nominal torque Pn [W] - rated power nN [min-1] - rated speed Ms - starting torque Mmin - minimum time Mmax - maximum torque ns - synchronous speed
Bearings All motors are manufactured with single-row ball bearings, double sealed with a reduced level of vibration - see Table 3.
Degree of protection The degree of protection of electric motors is IP54 or IP55 according to IEC 60034-5
Operating shaft end The dimensions of the working end of the shaft are shown in tables and the connection dimensions. Normal engines are made with a cylindrical shaft end without tapping. Motors are manufactured with internal thread and a centering cone DIN 332 Form D. Dimensions according to the diameter of the thread are listed in Table. 3.

Three-phase asynchronous motors AT series is produced by the height of the axis of rotation - 71 ÷ 180mm. Single-phase asynchronous motors Height of the axis of rotation - 71 ÷ 100mm. Produced series: • ASR - engines with starting and running capacitor • AS - motors with starting capacitor • AR - engines running capacitor
Electric motors are short-circuited rotor and external fan blowing its own - a system of cooling IC41, according to EN 60034-6
Electric height of the axis of rotation 80 ÷ 132mm are available: • aluminum body and aluminum shields • aluminum body and cast iron shields • cast iron body and iron shields Electric height of the axis of rotation 160 ÷ 180mm are available with cast iron body and iron shields. Terminal box is located above the body. There is a possibility to rotate the findings of the terminal box of three-phase motors of 90 °. In single-phase motor terminal box terminals are towards the fan. Terminal box is made of aluminum alloy. Short circuited rotors with aluminum coil with high conductivity. The shaft is directly stamped into the rotor assembly by ensuring the provision of several engine torque. The axial clearance of the rotor is offset by equalizing spring washers. The fan casing is made of sheet steel. The fan is made of plastic. Windings of the motor are made of enameled copper wire. Starting capacitor single-phase motors of series ASR and AS off with a centrifugal switch.
Rated voltage and frequency • Single-phase motors - 230V/50Hz • Three-phase motors: - 230/400V 50Hz for PN ≤ 4.0kW - 400/690V 50Hz for PN ≥ 5.5kW
special performances • Engines - tropical performance • motors with thermal protection • Motors with terminal box side (left or right) • Engines naprezheie power and frequency on request • Motors with mode S2, S3, S6 • Motors with power input, other than those in catalog • Motors with special technical parameters • Motors with a SPECIAL purpose of technical data by client
