 Injectable packings for injection into pumps and gland boxes
MONTERO injectable packings are offered in the form of plastic bulk /mastic/ and are produced from a high technology mix of non-hazardous asbestos-free synthetic fibers and suitable fillers. They are used to seal the gland boxes of pumps and valves.
They can be applied manually or injected with an injection pump.
They are especially suitable to use in worn shafts and where the glands are in bad mechanical condition.
The injectable packings are easy to install and use, operate with no leak and can be installed even during operation of the equipment with no interruption of the production process.
When the seal has to be changed, there is no need for it to be removed - simply add a new one using the injection pump.
