 High temperature adhesive for refractories “TREGA”
High temperature glue "TREGA" is produced on teh basis of inorganic maerials and is designed for bonding surfaces of insulating materials such as:
- basalt cards, plates, rope, wool fabrics
- aluminum silicate boards, wool, cloth, plates
- refractories
Gluing can be both among themselves and on clean metal surfaces. Can be used alone for insulation and fire coverage.
Technical characteristics:
1. Physical condition – aqueous suspension
2. Color – from pale yellow to beige
3. Density – 1,54 gr/sm3
4.Temperature of work – to 1000 оС
5. Thermal conductivity – 0,75 W /m.K
6. Cost for 1м2 with 1 mm thickness – 1,54kg.
7. Drying
- at room temperature /25 оС/ for 24 hours
- at heating – 70 оС for 2 hours
8. Application temperature – from 0 to +40 оС
Method of use
After stirring required, the adhesive is applied evenly over the surface by brush, roller, etc.. After spreading the surfaces they are pressed tightly together and allowed to dry at room temperaure, where possible, can be heated slowly to 70оС. After drying and obtaining bonding layer, the temperature can rise to the work.
Note: thickening of the suspension, you can add a little water asdiluent.

Environmentally aunts - no pollution

Do not allow undiluted on exposed parts of the body and eyes due to alkaline nature of the adhesive.

Packaging - in plastic bottles. If necessary can be used other packaging.

Shelf life - 6 months in a tightly closed container
