GENERAL USE RUBBER SHEETS

Depending on their content they are:

made of styrene butadiene rubber - SBR

SBR sheets have good resistance to diluted acids, bases and salts and low atmospheric resistance, which makes them suitable for use in these conditions. Depending on the Shore hardness index the SBR sheets are: type SBR 50 and type SBR 70.
Parameters:

• working temperature: -10 to +70^о С
• Shore A hardness: type SBR 50: 45-55^о
                            type SBR 70: 65-75^о
• density: type SBR 50: 1,15-1,25 g/cm²
              type SBR 70: 1,45-1,55 g/cm²
• sizes: thickness – from 1 to 10 mm
          width - from 600 to 1200 mm in rolls
• with and without textile insert
• color: black
   

  made of natural rubber NR

NR sheets have high strength indices and good atmospheric resistance.
Parameters:

• working temperature: -10 to +80^о С
• Shore A hardness: 55-65^о
• density: 1,10-1,20 g/cm²
• tensile strength: 14 МРа
• elongation at break: 350 %
• without textile
• color: black

RUBBER SHEETS FOR SPECIAL PURPOSES

Depending on the purpose and working conditions, the rubber sheets are:

oil resistant from hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber - NBR or a combination of NBR and SBR

They have good resistance to oils and fuels at working temperature up to 70^о С.
Parameters:

• working temperature: -10 up to +70^о С
• Shore A hardness: 65-75^о
• density: 1,30-1,40 g/cm²
• with and without textile inserts
• color: black
• sizes: thickness – from 1 to 10 mm
          width - from 600 to 1200 mm in rolls

oil resistant from chlorobutadiene rubber - CR

They have relatively good resistance to oils, good water impermeability and atmospheric resistance.
Parameters:

• working temperature: -10 to +80^о С
• Shore A hardness: 60-70^о
• density: 1,45-1,55 g/cm²
• tensile strength: 7 МРа
• elongation at break: 250 %
• with and without textile inserts
• color: black

acid resistant - a combination of IR-cis and BR-cis elastomers

They have good resistance to concentrated acetic and hydrochloric acid at normal temperature. They are not resistant to concentrated sulphuric acid.

• density: 1,20-1,30 g/cm²
• tensile strength: 10 МРа
• elongation at break: 200 %

oil resistant from ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber - EPDM rubber elastomer

Good resistance to acids and bases, water impermeability and atmospheric resistance.

• Shore A hardness: 60-70^о
• density: 1,15-1,25 g/cm²
• tensile strength: 7 МРа
• elongation at break: 250 %
